Pragash Santi
Working in the financial services industry with both small and large banks for more than 20 years gives me a good understanding of banks’ credit policy, products and processes. I have completed a BA in Communication majoring in Communication and Finance, Diploma of Financial Planning, Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking.
My knowledge, integrity, passion and diligence allow me to give you mortgage advice that is tailored to your needs and helps you work toward your goals. While I deal with the financial institutions, you have more time to spend on the important things in your life: family, friends and business. This is one of the reasons why I continue to get referrals from my existing clients.
In recent years I have become a proud “Dada”, which is for me the most privileged of all the titles one can receive and I am blessed to have been given this opportunity to have this role for the rest of my life.
Most mornings you will find me at the local gym or at the beach with my beautiful wife and son. My leisure time is spent with my family and friends, having them over for some home-cooked traditional Italian meals and a nice bottle of wine. In fact, most of my clients have become my friends and can often be found at one of our dinner parties.
My personal motto is to “leave people and places better than I found them”.

Over fifteen years experience gained internationally in organizing and supervising luxury events allows me to give outstanding customer service to our clients.
My creativity from my formal training in media, communications and cinema lets me come up with alternative solutions to solve any problems that might occur.
I enjoy long walks in nature with my family and get inspired by the beauty that surrounds us. I love to cook my Grandma’s Italian recipes to entertain and indulge my family and friends.
I love to think that with the right dose of calm and dedication ‘the
impossible becomes possible”.
